Uganda’s finest Hip-Hop rapper Ernest Nsimbi alias GNL Zamba releases a hit song dubbed “Uganda Yaffe Remix. According to some sources, the singer is set to use the song to promote Uganda’s Culture in the USA in the ‘Uganda Yaffe Festival’ set on Independence day:
As the world is still under lockdown many artists have decided to use technology to entertain their funs. The Baboon Forest Entertainment C.E.O GNL Zamba will be holding the first edition of an online concert dubbed ‘Uganda Yaffe Festival‘. The show is to bless the Independence day on 9th October.
However, the show will be via online due to Covid-19 pandemic. The 90-minutes show is to display the culture and people of Uganda; More so to make your Independence more beautiful.
Surprisingly, the show will feature some of Uganda’s most prominent and celebrated world artists and personalities. It notes that the show will be live on Facebook and YouTube. So mark your calendar and make it a date on October 8, at 9:30 pm.

It should be noted that GNL Zamba is to perform and his duo Nsimbi with Miriam Tamar, straight from USA. Ugandans from the world; Including Isaiah Katumwa(New York), Suzan Kerunen(Uganda), Kinobe(Washington DC) and others. They will perform and share their stories of patriotism at home and abroad.
Surprisingly, the show will feature a youth project presentation of the famous, ‘Uganda Yaffe’ tune that became a social phenomenon, newly remixed by Baru and GNL. The show will also feature new generation artist like Fresh Kid, Taurus, Prolific and others.
The Uganda Yaffe remix officially released audio on Friday 2nd October, 2020; setting the mood for the festival. The Uganda Yaffe Festival and remix are an Independence Day gift from Baboon Forest Entertainment to highlight Uganda’s rich culture and diversity! while bringing people together to celebrate what makes Uganda so unique.
